Exhausting and a waste of time. Interviewed with (4) people for a total of 3 hours. I know I aced the interview however the "hiring manager" didn't have the authority to make decisions. It was very clear the person who ultimately made the decision was not the person you would be reporting to. The position have been open an unfilled for over two months-clearly something is very wrong with management. A HUGE RED Flag there! I'm glad I didn't get an offer because I'm sure I would have been miserable working for someone so difficult and demanding.
