I interviewed with the supervisor, then with the dept manager, then again with the supervisor and met their team. An on site interview was optional. On the last interview we talked about salary and benefits and they sent an offer within a few days.

First interview was a phone interview with HR to review resume, background, and interests. Second was a virtual conference with representatives from various teams/divisions based on your background. Third/Final was team members from a specific division.
Questions were a mixture of technical and personality-based.
Would have loved to accept the position, but ended up choosing a more local company.
