applied through college. The recruiter was very nice. I had a phone interview with one of the developers who work with the trading teams. The interviewer talked really fast and seemed to be a little impatient with me. I was also very nervous, so it was probably my bad. However, the work they do seem interesting.

Interview
About a 40 minute phone screening consisting of both technical questions and behavioral. Then another on-site interview with a couple people. The on-site was mainly discussing your interests and seeing what you know. After that it was dead silence for a couple of weeks. They took about a month to get back to finally get back to me.
One phone call and that's it. They just had me sit down and talk to about 6 different people and then passed me along to the managing director. THey asked only fit questions so don't worry about technical questions in the phone interview
