Very professional. Well briefed on the role I was interviewing for and familiar with my background (must have read the resume!). Discussions were a good balance of business and personal - getting to know you and get a sense of fit. Generally, wanted to really understand what I can "bring to the table". Pretty well focused on how my specific experience would match up with current needs. Overall, seemed like a good process, asking the right questions. In the end, I think they concluded I was too senior for the role(s) they are looking to fill.
