Phone interview followed by panel interview with 3 administrators. Sample lesson required, I was given an option of grade level to present to. Students were attentive during sample interview.

I was contacted within 3 days after application. Did a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Then I had zoom interviews set up with a few of the schools, they lasted about 30mins to an hr as well. Straightforward and fast, only 2 rounds. Friendly interviewers but skeptical of the culture overall. I think I'd want to get more insight from current employees and teachers...overall felt a bit torn on my decision
