What are some academic challenges you see our students having based on the essays you reviewed?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KIPP MA in Apr 2020
Interview
There was a preliminary (30 min) phone interview by a recruiter, and an online teaching demonstration/feedback/interview session (1 hr). (Due to virus). I suggest having very specific questions prepared beforehand that you want to be answered. Since I could not go in person I needed to have questions prepared about the campus, students, teachers, culture, etc. Make sure that if there is anything you want to know specifics about (schedules, expectations, salary, working hours, etc) you ask since it seems this can change based on the position.
