A very long interview process. First the recruiter asked me to do a phone interview with the COO. It was about 30 minutes and he didn't not have the salary info. He said he was hoping to have someone in the position in 3 weeks. He also stated it would be predominantly at one campus. I was asked to come in for a face to face interview 2 weeks later.
I had to do a 45 minute exercise before two 2 hour long meetings with finance, hr and the admin team. The questions are tough and everyone I interviewed with had been there only 1-2 years. I was also told the position would be held at a different campus, close to an hour away. At the end I recapped with the recruiter who also had no idea what the salary range for this position and couldn't provide any benefits info would be.
Afterwards I was in contact with another Kipp recruiter multiple times as she was checking my references. We exchanged at least 10 emails about contact information and who she had spoken with. She would reply in less than an hour each time. People who I listed as reference told said she said I was "the best candidate". I emailed both recruiters I met with to make sure they had everything they needed and never responded back to me. The job is now posted again.
I was fairly frustrated with the whole process. If I had just came in an interviewed I wouldn't have been as upset about the lack of contact, but I had been communicating with her and asking people in my personal life to communicate with them.It was a very disorganized and unprofessional process, but it did seem like the employees there were happy
