The interview process was informative, pleasant and flowed well. The questions were straight forward and my interviewer was clear spoken. In the beginning of the interview the interviewer opened up about her own experience, this made it easier to engage in the conversation. It was a very nice experience.

I had a phone interview where I was asked standard questions about why I want to teach and what my previous experiences have been. Very nice interviewer and I felt comfortable.

The entire process moved a bit quickly since the school year had already started. The recruiter worked tirelessly at finding a good fit for me in the organization. Once an opportunity presented itself, there was a virtual interview a few days later and an offer a couple of days after that. The interview itself was actually fun, which is usually NEVER the case. Both the principal and recruiter kept everything lighthearted which helped to ease my nerves. In addition to the demo lesson and interview questions, the principal shared glows and grows and the three of us got a chance to share interests and commonalities which was great! I have not officially started yet but there is already a bet for them both to rub their favorite football team in my husband's face and force him to wear a jersey. I could not have asked for a more pleasant interview and I am excited to start.
