Multiple interviews - one with a sort of hiring manager and one with the team I would actually be interning with. Everyone was fairly nice, it was pretty casual and I interviewed all over the phone.

Tell us about a time you had a challenge and how did you overcome it?
The first phase involved an online application that involved experience with children and sending in your resume. If you were selected, the second phase involved an online interviewing portion. Here you were asked automated questions by a computer and your answers were recorded. The third and final phase was a call with HR for final questions. A week later an offer letter was sent.
