I got an email back to schedule an interview with a recruiter a week after applying. When speaking with the recruiter, he didn't seem to know much at all about my application and called late. I was used to interviewers giving an overview of the position/company when they first call but he just immediately asked if I had any questions. He then asked me a few standard questions and wasn't really responsive until a few seconds because he was typing what I said the whole time. Once the interview was done, I knew I wasn't going to get a position but felt okay with that news because the interview process seemed very cold and robotic.
