Interview Process was short, informal, casual. They're nice people and seem like good teachers. Only gripe was they'd already filled the position for this sesmester I thought I was applying for, so this could have been done by phone or zoom until future months.
went very well not very jard at all starts with intro meeting pannel and everyone then tour of school , teach demo lesson get feedback then have final interview, overall the interview was very seamless and felt more so like having a conversation.

One-Sided video interview, had to record myself answering questions and only had one minute to think and recorded the answer with one re-take.
Very dystopian type of interview with zero chance to ask questions.
Also do not know what they will do with the video of my face and voice.

I applied online. I interviewed at KIPP Schools (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
I have applied to KIPP four times. Each time I have made it to the one-way interview where they send you a link to record yourself answering a set of questions. Each and every time I have been ghosted. No communication whatsoever. No real follow-up. Their communication is terrible, so don’t assume anything when you get that one-way interview.
