This interview process was nearly a three month long process that ultimately was a waste of time. It started with a video interview submission that got no response for almost a month. Afterwards, a feeler email was sent out if I was still interested, which I was, which again resulted in no response for multiple weeks. After I followed up, I was granted a "final interview" with the team which involved completing an in-person assessment followed by an in-person interview with the leadership team. Went to the corporate location to complete the assessment which was just sending a mock email and organizing an excel list that was timed. During the in-person interview I called out that their assessment was missing a large portion of information that wouldn't allow me to fully answer the last question on their assessment. I was then rushed to submit three professional references. Once all were submitted I was promised to receive an update the following week. More than two weeks goes by and I was met with an auto email of not moving forward with my application. An awful experience.
