KIPP Schools Program Director interview questions

I cannot comment on the entire process. After the original application process, I was invited to "interview" for the position. In actuality, they wanted me to create videos of myself spontaneously responding to their prompts, without any opportunity to engage in conversation with someone on the team or have any interpersonal communication at all. This felt extremely disrespectful of my time and humanity, and I decided that the organization was not for me. I have no idea if they were even taking the time to watch the videos. Really poor experience, and I would not recommend applying.
