Panel interview, 2 weeks later sample teach, job offer. I had to teach a real 6th grade Social studies class and had no prior knowledge about the class or the unit they were on etc. After the sample lesson, we debriefed how it went, The recruiter talked me through each step in the process. It took about a month.

Interview
After applying online, I received an email asking to set up a phone interview. The phone interview took about an hour, and the interviewer was very personable. I then set up an in-person interview and teaching demonstration with the principal of one of the schools. I taught a real lesson to a class of about 28 students. The principal and I then had 1:1 interview.
