The interview process included pre-work of my previous work of experience. After the initial interview there is a final interview. This interview is with two panels. A teacher and leadership panel. I throughly suggest not applying because it appears KIPP has biased recruitment practices. The interview externally only to hire internally. The amount of work required to complete both interviews is insane.

Two principals interviewing you together via Zoom. About an hour long. Role play is included in the interview in which you will act as the AP mitigating a situation. They will ask you what you think you could've done better at the end of the role playing scenarios. A nice way to promote feedback.
