AVOID. I applied via LinkedIn and was reached out to the next day to complete and extensive questionnaire before having a series of interviews with members of the Marketing team and both the CEO and COO. I bypassed several red flags during the initial outreach after some strange and pushy emails from their HR team because I believed the interviews went went well and I was excited for the potential role. I reached out after several weeks had passed to no response from the HR team and saw that they had reposted the position - now as a coordinator role with the exact same description and requirements. This made it feel as though they wanted the work and ideas while offering a lower salary range. No hard feelings about not getting the role but this was unprofessional and I would have appreciated a response saying they were going a different direction after dedicating weeks of my time.
