Applied on a weekend. Heard back within a few days. The HR coordinator requires a test that is absolutely atrocious. It's timed and has nothing to do with what a coordinator would be doing on site. It's a deterrence to weed individuals out, as a hiring manager myself, would never put candidates through this. It's a waste of time and energy on both parts and a simple phone screen would take less time than this. Not interested in applying for this company after rejected from this automatic test, no human was ever involved. Will be sure to share with friends that this is the process.
