Applied online. Went straight into technical interview. Did not care about your resume and only care about the technical interview. Taught you things you didn't know. There was no talk about what you want to achieve in the company and the company is looking for literally the top students. Do not bother if you are trying to look for experience and grow. They are looking for seasoned people in the technology field.
