I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KKR (New York, NY)
Interview
Had three rounds of interviews in about two and a half weeks. First round I met with two individuals from HR, second round I met with the three Executives I'd be supporting and third round I met with three Senior Executive Assistants. After the last interview it took about a week to get an offer.
Interview q's were pretty standard - nothing too off the wall.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at KKR (New York, NY)
Interview
Standard questions asked. Nothing out of the ordinary. Plan to answer things like what makes you a good fit over others. Also the occasional curveball question. Nothing too too complicated.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KKR (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
3 rounds total - Phone, meet the team, then meet the execs. Typical interview questions and everyone was kind. Was turned off when one of the execs interrupted our interview to use their phone and text someone they were trying to get a hold of, but besides that, it was professional overall.
It was the worst interview I have ever given. The office manager who interviewed me seemed a really difficult person to deal with. general questions but she had an accusing look at all times and she never seemed satisfied by any answers. She has trust issues for sure.
