the interview process consisted of talking to a recruiter, creating a powerpoint deck about geopolitical risk and then two 30 min interviews with the managing directors of the global institute.
Two 30 minute interviews and a super day with two back to back interviews. Everyone I spoke to was freindly and put a big emphasis on finding a cultural fit. The technical questions were expected and no curve balls.

Challenging but fair. If you have good understanding coming in you'll be fine (but need to know concepts not memorized answers). I'd prioritize having a general understanding of the market as well.
