1st round interview with HR / recruiter. Behavioral interview - non technical. HR seemed to want specific answers to why IR and also seemed to want you to outwardly express it without waiting for the question
Hirevue- it asked some technical questions such as what would you invest in and why and you were asked to logic though it. Also asked about your three strengths and weaknesses
