Met with head of dept and Snr Case Manager. The interview lasted approx. 90mins and I was asked the standard questions (Why Kroll? Why are you looking for something else? etc). Thought the meeting went well and was told they would like to call me in for a second meeting the following week. After not hearing anything or a few days, I had to chase HR (on a number of occasions) for an update, only to be told later that I was unsuccessful in my application. I was far from impressed by Kroll's lack of communication. Later found out that others experienced the same treatment. Poor show!
