Recruiters ask for a C# program. They weren't very organized and didn't seem to have a process. Their communication was sporadic and they would try to schedule same day interviews. They asked strange questions more like it was a consultation rather than an interview. Neither of the panelist clarified what team the role would be on. I never heard anything from them. When reviewing the people working in the roles they don't tend to have much experience. Be aware that they may not even be hiring when they interview you or when the job postings seem new.

Interview
Asked to write a program and submit it to them, then a two hour interview (4, 30 minute interviews). This was done remotely due to COVID. I came away thinking the interview went ok and I really liked the company.
HOWEVER, they ghosted me and I never heard back despite following up. I thought this was ridiculous for a company of their size.
