The process entailed 1 on-site interview. All interviews are conducted by a KLH business unit director. There are separate business units for the different locations. The Ft. Thomas office is the largest and has the most business units/ employees.

Spoke with a representative at the career fair at my school. Received an email several weeks later to schedule an interview. Interviewed with a senior mechanical engineer / business unit director. Questions were challenging yet encouraged a good conversation. Received a tour of the Fort Thomas location and met several other employees during the interview. Definitively a positive experience.
