It was quite confusing, to be honest. I applied through employee referral and got an interview call about 2 weeks after applying. The interviewer was very friendly and asked about me resume, the mentioned technical skills, and my past experience as well as education. I was disappointed with the response as I got nothing even after consistent follow-ups. I got fed up and messaged the person who interviewed me on LinkedIn as we had connected a few hours after the interview. I got my automated rejection email a day later.
