I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KPIT Technologies (Pune) in May 2017
Interview
I got a call from a recruitment agency who forwarded my resume to HR. I got a initial screening call where my details were again verified by HR. First interview was scheduled after checking for my availability. After first interview was completed, subsequently, after 2-3 days, I again received a call from HR saying second interview will be scheduled. Second interview was scheduled and I was informed date and time. HR informed, I would receive an email regarding date and time of the second interview. I waited for one day. Since I did not receive an email, I called HR. HR informed me that the interview had been cancelled and they did not give a appropriate reason for it. I then called the recruitment agency next day to check and the agency informed that the interview had been cancelled and would not be scheduled again. Hence, the entire process was time consuming for the company and myself. There should be transparency in explaining why the second interview was cancelled. Companies who speak of transparency should first follow it themselves.

Several questions on the current project were asked. Apart from that, scenario based questions were asked and what was the approach to arrive at a solution. One should know overall solution and design of the current project.
Questions were asked about contribution at Org Level in terms of learning by way of document sharing and accelerators
