The total process consists of 4 rounds. The first round is the initial resume shortlisting, followed by a pre-placement talk and online aptitude test. The aptitude test contains Verbal Ability, Quants, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, Microsoft Excel, Essay Writing, and HR Fundamentals. Post Aptitude, there would be two rounds of Interviews, L1 and L2. After clearing the L1, you shall receive an invite for L2, where you would be required to demonstrate your skills and Microsoft excel knowledge as well.
