Telephonic round, Skype round, letter of appointment.
All general questions were asked during telephonic interview. Related to my previous experience. The same were asked during Skypeinterview which was a 1:1 discussion.
There will be typically 4 levels of interview. After general screening by HR, The First round will be Technical, The second one will be Managerial. The Third round will be with the BU Head and then last round with HR for finalising.

Apti followed by technical and HR round. Test is easy but interview us moderate level. One have to wait for long time for the interview as management was too slow. HR round is just a formality.
