The virtual launch pad is quite relaxed, overall they asked me not that much about my previous experiences. They ask a lot of team-based scenario questions and make sure you can have an answer for how new tech will affect auditing and oppotunities for kpmg. Just study the kpmg website and you can find the type of things they want you to say.

3 stage process: 1. Transforming Business where you have to answer basic behavioural and mathematical questions. 2. Delivering Outcomes, where you have to record some responses and write fictional email responses to other members of your team. 3. Virtual Launch Pad (Assessment Centre) where there is a fairly basic group task. With this, they mainly seem to look out for how you include others in discussion and present your own thoughts; don't worry about preparing technical stuff for this bit. There is also a 45 minute interview, I was interviewed by a Director. Prepare motivational and (some) technical stuff.

It was a group assessment center that involves one on one interview on your application motivation as well as a group interview that requires you to solve a case. After the case, there are a few questions that will be asked about your attitude toward the group discussion.
