Lengthy and unorganized. The process would have long gaps and HR people took longer to communicate than they said they would. I accepted because the culture seems wonderful. The interview was not difficult, just typical questions about experience.

Interview

There was a pre-interview social the day before where I got to network with some of the firms local office employees and get a better feel for the firm culture. The interview itself was conducted by two of the senior managers and was very professional and personalized.
