Quite a quick process from application to offer. Completed the standard online assessments and was invited for interviews shortly after. The launchpad (assessment centre) was a bit overwhelming but everyone was so chill and there was a lot of time to talk to other candidates and current KPMG employees. I had my offer two working days later.

Very straightforward interview with two people. A lot of questions in relation to tax law and tax regulations. They also asked several scenario-based questions to assess problem-solving skills and how I would apply tax principles in practical situations. The interview was professional and conversational, with opportunities to discuss previous experience and explain technical knowledge in detail. Overall, the process felt well-structured and focused on evaluating both technical expertise and communication skills.

I applied for that role online via their website, then i received an email saying i was pre selected to apply via email (sending my qualifications and also choosing office) then late May i was virtually interviewed.
