Interview
The interview process was clear and well-structured. After submitting my application, I was invited to an initial screening call to discuss my background and motivation. This was followed by a competency-based interview with the hiring manager, where we talked through my experience and how it aligns with the role. I also completed a brief task to demonstrate my analytical approach. Overall, the communication was timely, the expectations were transparent, and each stage helped me understand the role and team better.

With one manager and one director, both behavioural and technical questions were asked, still manageable I think, and can prepare beforehand on resume base on the experiences, need to be familiar enough
