The Launch Pad event is divided into 3 parts, group exercise, written exercise and interview. It took a whole day and really made people exhausted. In the morning, the company history and introduction went first, then followed by nearly 2-hour group exercise. But do not worry, there are several breaks during this group exercise. It finished at around 1pm. After lunch, some people went to written exercise, whilst others went to 1-1 interview. Exchange after both groups finish. This order has been determined before the event. The event finished at around 4:30pm, and before we left everyone got a pack with some snacks inside. People are very friendly on that day, both staff and candidates, so just be relaxed.

KPMG’s graduate recruitment process starts with an online application followed by two assessments: the Transforming Small Businesses test (a situational judgement and problem-solving assessment), and the Delivering Outcomes test (involving written and video responses based on business scenarios). If successful, candidates are invited to the Launch Pad assessment centre, which includes a group exercise and a one-to-one interview with a senior team member. Throughout the process, KPMG evaluates behavioural strengths such as integrity, curiosity, communication, and collaboration. Offers are typically made within two working days of the Launch Pad.
