Interview
Das Vorstellungsgespräch war sehr angenehm und man fühlte sich nicht wie in einem Verhöhr. Der Interviewer wirkte sehr kompetent und wusste direkt, was für ihn wichtig ist. Ich ging als erstes meinen Lebenslauf Schritt für Schritt durch, dann sprachen wir über Themen die spontan auftraten. Dannach wurde eine fachliche Frage gestellt, die sehr einfach war und nur überprüft ob man ein betriebswirtschaftliches Grundverständnis hat.
Alles in allem sehr gut. Ich habe das sehr faire Angebot schlussendlich angenommen und freue mich auf meinen Dienstbeginn.

Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude

It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
