Interview
Tough Process.
First round was an online aptitude test. Very easy
Second round was a GD. Generic topics but selecting for next round is difficult.
Third round is Technical Interview,
Fourth round is HR Interview
Last round is Partner Interview
first round with consultant and senior consultant, multiple mini cases and behavioural questions
very quick to move to second round
second round with senior manager, case presentation etc
slow response time after second round
A few interview rounds with a mix of case interview and behavioral. Something you expect from a big 4/consulting case interview round. Prepare good enough and you'll be fine. Research case interview best practices and company background.
Overall very good. They ask a lot of questions and if you are able to answer them well then you can get in! My recommendation is to focus on being you and communicating your truth as clearly as possible.
