Interview
The process took about three months. I took four interviews. The first stage was the aptitude test, the second was the Group interview, the third was the Manger's and the forth the partner's
CV and Online background and diversity questionnaire followed by online Arctic Shores assessment lasting around 2 1/2 hours. Standard excersises of all arctic shores assessment; situational, behavioural and job simulation questions.
