Three steps: Online assessment about 45 minutes, first round interview with a member of the KPMG recruitment team and final second round interview with more seniors. Mainly questions about general finance accounting, valuations, modeling and excel,
First round talked with hiring manager, quite easy, not so technical. Asked about some financial regulations. And also asked about personality, like asking some questions for situation that you may face during at work and how would you handle it.
