Interview
Campus interview that was split into two 30 minute interviews. The first was with a manager and the second was with a partner. The first interview was pretty intense; she kept asking detailed questions about my past experiences, my resume...etc. The second interview iwth the partner was more chill and relaxed.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
