Sehr gutes, aber intensives Gespräch. Es wurde viel über die Bilanz, GuV und Cashflow Rechnung gefragt. Ich musste eine DCF Valuation durchführen, sowie Vor und Nachteile von Multiples nennen. Tipp: Accounting Grundlagen sich vor dem Gespräch nochmal gut anschauen.
