An online assessment was sent to me. I passed the assessment at first attempt and was then invited for their group interview.
They separated 40 candidates into 8 groups according to Audit K, P, M and G. Each group were then brought into a room with 2 interviewers for a case study. Case study is about explaining reasons for or against an investment into a product given. After the presentation, interviewers tend to fight back the points given by to see what we have got to say.
After that, candidates took turns to get interviewed. It was a one to two interview (2 interviewers). While some were being interviewed, some were required to do an essay writing first.
During the interview, 3 double entries questions were being asked. Time was given to think properly before answering.
