Interview
Fairly straightforward. 2 panels. the group would be divided into two groups - former intern & new applicants. more former interns & heard that they prefer former interns and only the brightest among the new applicants will get the job.
1st step : Group presentation - limited time to discuss
2nd step : Writing Assessment - 5 topics, chose one and need to include several sentences given in the essay.
3rd step : Individual Interview - introduce yourself, any working/internship experience, double entries questions

Nice, practical case based study questions. Competenncy and technical.Competency- how cleint relationship managed, team handled, tracker maintained.
Audit Incharging done before, how you managed theThe money that came in (sales, revenue) and the money that was lost (expenses, salaries, rent) for the whole month is written down properly and totaled.
It is then checked that the records are correct – no invoice missed, no wrong entry, the bank is matching the balance books, the ATC

Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
