Interview
I interviewed for the Elite program of KP in Hong Kong, which targets at year two students in the university. It was a group interview with 6 each group. We were thrown an argument before a 20 mins discussion. The atmosphere was nice and friendly. Associate and HR wasn't involved in the process.

Nice, practical case based study questions. Competenncy and technical.Competency- how cleint relationship managed, team handled, tracker maintained.
Audit Incharging done before, how you managed theThe money that came in (sales, revenue) and the money that was lost (expenses, salaries, rent) for the whole month is written down properly and totaled.
It is then checked that the records are correct – no invoice missed, no wrong entry, the bank is matching the balance books, the ATC

The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
