Interview
A lot people, and highly intensive interview.It almost lasted the whole day.At first there are 5 rounds group discussion, but it's a little bit trick to be outstanding in group discussion.Afterwards there is one to one interview, the interviewer is really friendly, then you might be asked to write a business report, which is the most tricky part during the whole interview.
Nice, practical case based study questions. Competenncy and technical.Competency- how cleint relationship managed, team handled, tracker maintained.
Audit Incharging done before, how you managed theThe money that came in (sales, revenue) and the money that was lost (expenses, salaries, rent) for the whole month is written down properly and totaled.
It is then checked that the records are correct – no invoice missed, no wrong entry, the bank is matching the balance books, the ATC

Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
