- The first step took 1 afternoon/morning
First there was a day with some tests:
- mathematical
- personality
- attention
- and a case to solve individually
After the test were done, there was a group dynamic where we all had to come with solutions for a given problem.
- The second phase was an interview with a manager, around your CV, experiences and personality.
- The tird phase was an interview with a partner, around your CV, experiences and personality.
