I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KPMG (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Aug 2013
Interview
It's actually a lack of interview. Let me explain :
Step 1 : 30 minutes with HR asking you all the general questions (where do you see yourself in 5 year? why kpmg? etc..)
Step 2 : a 30 minute test out of which the only thing they can conclude on is whether or not you are a retard (e.g. 4 "blank" 5 "blank" 20 = 0 ... fill in the blanks with plus, minus, times or divide)
Step 3 : a 30 minute interview with an audit Partner which was divided in :
- 10 minutes about me (general info)
- 10 minutes about him
- 5 minutes about KPMG (again.. general info)
- 5 minutes about his daughter (not kidding...)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Rio de Janeiro) in Dec 2025
Interview
O RH me chamou pelo LinkedIn, eu nem tinha me candidatado. Passei pela entrevista com o RH e depois fui falar com o sócio. Ele me fez três perguntas e, em duas, me cortou no meio da resposta pra perguntar outra coisa. Achei bem mal-educado.
Colloquio conoscitivo e poi tecnico con un manager, successivamente test di inglese e test psico attitudinali anche fattibili e infine colloquio con partner. Nel complesso colloquio semplice e durata della selezione un mese
• Format: 30-45 minutes, usually via video or phone.
