I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Milan) in Jun 2014
Interview
I uploaded Cv and Cover letter on the company's career website. I was first initially contacted for some general (and ethical) questions by an HR employee through a phone call. After that I sat for an accounting test at the company's HQ. If you do not have any english certificate, then you will sit at an english test as well. After the test I was called again for a motivational interview with an HR and after a few days I was invited to have a technical interview with a manager. The last interview deepens on the team you have applied for. I applied to the finance team and I was asked questions regarding the finance specific accounting standards (IAS 39).
