S'intéresse à la personnalité de la personne et son parcours.
L'expérience n'a pas abouti à une proposition mais cela reste une bonne expérience.

First round was basic assessment, like video interview and some numerical test.
Second round was group interview, there were 8 ppl in total in my group and we have to come up with a conclusion during the 40 mins and a 5-min presentation
