Interview
In a word, painful. Experienced professionals should NOT waste their time with this organization as it has absolutely NO problem wasting yours. Phone interviews were scheduled and were either missed by KPMG's recruiters or were late. A few times I heard from them by email (after the fact) other times I had to contact them. I adjusted my schedule multiple times so I would be available and they would miss the appointment and HOURS AFTER the fact I would get an email stating "Sorry. Can we reschedule?". I understand once, things happen, but 3 times? Did the phone interview, was told that I would be contacted, but thankfully, did not hear from them again until I was asked to take a survey about my experience months later.
The staggering ineptitude of KPMG's recruiting department in conducting a simple phone interview was surpassed only by its disrespect of my time. My brief experience was certainly more telling than any propaganda espousing "how great it is to work here", or the company's "commitment to diversity". Other experienced professionals considering becoming affiliated with KPMG should look past the name and reputation and take a hard look before signing on the dotted line.

Interview
Very easy to apply and had a phone call back in a matter of days. It's a two stage interview process with questions around you and your approach to work. Give examples on how you've managed X for example.
There are 3 stages. first, phone screening with their talent acquisition. after that, they have written assessment first, then, 1:1 interview on the same day virtually. the 1:1 interview session was lasted almost an hour.

the interview session was months ago. one question that i remembered that how do you handle your stress?
Seamless with relatively quick response rate. The interview involved presentation, telephone interview and also involved competency based questions. The team that conducted the interview was really friendly and were open to answering questions about the company.
