Pre-interview social to interact with current employees and new hires.On campus interview with a senior professional followed by office interviews. The on campus interview started with general questions regarding administrative questions like start date, location preference etc. Most of the questions emerged from the resume asking to explain several parts and give details about work experience. The questions were mostly behavioral in nature.Be prepared to ask questions to the interviewer too.
Nice, practical case based study questions. Competenncy and technical.Competency- how cleint relationship managed, team handled, tracker maintained.
Audit Incharging done before, how you managed theThe money that came in (sales, revenue) and the money that was lost (expenses, salaries, rent) for the whole month is written down properly and totaled.
It is then checked that the records are correct – no invoice missed, no wrong entry, the bank is matching the balance books, the ATC

Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
