Interview
Strategy and Operations management consultant interviews:
Before the interview, you could speak with a KPMG employee to ask questions and get help with the interview style. The first interview was two 45min interviews each with a case study and behavioural questions. The cases were fairly straightforward and involved one quantitative analysis business plan case and one market estimation/qualitative business plan. The cases were worked through orally, no written info was provided, and you had to do your work on a paper without a calculator. The cases and behavioural questions were very relaxed, just like chatting regularly.
The second interview was a 3h process. You got 2h to analyze a business problem with provided qualitative data and many quantitative data sets in Excel, and build a PowerPoint presentation about it. You get 30 min to practice for your presentation, and then present a 30 min fully interactive presentation on your analysis and recommendations. It takes several days to prepare on your own, and they also provided a 1.5h tips session at their office. You can ask your buddy for advice and resources to help too. I made it to the second round, but I did not complete the interview, as the job did not align to my career goals
entrevista, depois dinamica de grupo depois, entrevista. Fiz minha inscricao pela minha faculdade entao o processo seletivo foi bem mais pratico e direto ao ponto. Foram com 3 socios e 1 gerente
Online assessment and virtual interview with AI. After that screening I got a Hiring Manager interview and then after a partner interview. Manager interview was more in depth and technical whereas partner interview felt more like a vibe check
